Yoga means to unite, or yoke. Yoga links breath with movement, helping to facilitate the uniting of the body, mind, and spirit. After experiencing this unification personally, I am inspired to share this with others. Yoga can be for anyone, and everyone!

Clarity yoga/ claire williams

Claire Williams is a 200hr R-YFT and YF-A. She's a proud Georgia peach- although she isn't a big football fan. (WILD HUH?!)  She has a passion for trauma informed, gentle and adaptive yoga. Claire is a proud fire wife, and boy mom. She cares greatly for the first responder and military veteran community on and off the yoga mat. She loves the outdoors,  her rat terrier Pearl,  and the colors of sunset.
John 1:5 - The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.

Mind

A regular yoga practice helps build mental resiliency, and helps nourish the mind- body connection. In such a fast paced world FULL of distractions, its imperative to find moments of peace.
Body

There are so many different options for movement these days. A regular yoga practice helps the practitioner remain strong, and stretched. It also  helps maintain mobility and range of motion.
Spirit

Spirit is defined as a nonphysical part of a person which is the seat of emotions and character; the soul. What speaks to your spirit today?
